Amazing day!

Rode Sunny for 75 minutes after the farrier finished...Went to the gym, and worked out in the pool for an hour-and-a-half.  Swam 1000 meters LSD, 10 100's on 3 minutes, 10 50's on the top, and 10 25 meter no-breathers.  Slowly getting back in shape....AND I came home to find a phone message from my daughter who just had al ultra-sound.  It's a boy!...and all looks well!

Winter in Michigan

Dark, cold, snowy day today....had a nice ride with Sunny this afternoon...but am now in a freaking horrible mood after trying to solve a problem on my phone with the AT&T morons.
